Ateneo de Manila University (AdMU)

Ateneo de Manila University is a private institution of higher education belonging to the Society of Jesus, based in Quezon City, Philippines. It currently has an enrollment of 5,511 undergraduate students and is distinguished by its commitment to academic excellence and social responsibility.

True to its mission of training leaders committed to social transformation, the university integrates community engagement into its curriculum, establishing strategic alliances with organizations such as Gawad Kalinga, with the aim of fostering community development. In addition, its collaboration with international institutions allows the implementation of exchange programs and joint degrees, consolidating its global projection.

Among its most prominent centers and institutes is the Fr. Joaquin G. Bernas, S.J. Institute for Continuing Legal Education and Research, which offers continuing legal education programs and specialized certifications. Likewise, the Ateneo Human Rights Center, a pioneer among university institutions in the Philippines, plays a key role in the promotion and protection of human rights, both nationally and in the ASEAN region.
