The Foundation for the Internationalisation of Public Administrations (FIAP) is a Public Sector Foundation under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation of Spain.
FIAP envisions a world with strong public systems, capable of guaranteeing individual rights and protecting the planet. A world where institutions and public sector professionals share their knowledge and experiences, learning from one another and co-creating solutions to common challenges.
Its mission is to promote and support improvements in public systems around the world for the benefit of people and the planet. FIAP facilitates dialogue and the exchange of knowledge between institutions, while simultaneously supporting the internationalisation of public administrations and contributing to the strengthening of Spain’s role in the global arena.
Moreover, FIAP will be responsible for identifying and mobilising Spanish public experts—such as judges, prosecutors, and other professionals in the field of justice administration—to contribute to the drafting of reports and proposals for legislative reform.
The FIIAPP will act as the coordinating entity and will be responsible for the execution and technical and financial justification of the action.
It will also be responsible for the identification and mobilization of Spanish public experts (judges, prosecutors and other professionals in the field of the administration of justice) who will participate in the preparation of reports and proposals for legislative reform.
